Hybrid working is when employees work both from home and from the office. This is typically managed by splitting your workforce into different groups and assigning each group “office days”. For example, one group might work from the office on Mondays, another group on Tuesdays etc.

What are the benefits of Hybrid Working?

Hybrid working gives you the best of working from home and working from the office strategies.

The pros and cons of working from home (WFH) have been well documented. WFH’s fans will tell you that you are more productive and you can achieve a better work-life balance. However, WFH’s detractors will tell you that it leaves employees feeling lonely, isolated and that the natural collaboration of office work is quickly lost. Which many value highly.

Hybrid working gives your employees the best of both worlds. When they need to complete deep focused work, they can work from home. When they need to collaborate with other employees, they can work from the office.
